Since 1985, Dr. Horner has consulted in more than 3,000 personal injury and wrongful death cases, primarily in the State of Texas. Several of Dr. Horner’s publications deal with economic analysis in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Since 2005, Ms. Gaines has worked on over 2,000 personal injury and wrongful death cases. Ms. Gaines has testified in state and federal courts for plaintiffs and defendants.
